We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

Timeline of event
(00:17) Flushing completed and supplies fully restored,
(23:13) Burst main repaired, and mains supply being flushed.
(18:55) Everyone in the area should be back on supply whilst the works are continuing. Some low pressure may occur.
(14:20) Burst has been located and main has been throttled to allow pressure to restore to the area.
(11:20) Received no water calls, technician has been dispatched investigate.
