Your water will be back on soon

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the fault at your local pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(16:20) Technician has confirmed the repair was done and the water pressure has been turned back up, so all customers should see their pressure restore shortly. 

(14:30) Technician advised us that they have partially shut the main to be able to start the repairs.
