What's happened so far
Wednesday 7th May 2025
(10:15) All water has been restored.
(05:10) Repair has been undertaken water samples have been taken & confirmed water is now restoring to the area.
(03:15) Repair has been undertaken to damaged pipe essential flushing and water quality measures are being undertaken prior to it going back into service.
(00:30) Rerouting of water supplies appears to have restored water (at a lesser level) to many properties in the affeted area, while the repair is still ongoing

(22:30) The repair is still being undertaken & our team are working through the night to get the water flowing back to your area as soon as possible, we are also rerouting water supplies where possible to try to restore a level of water (albeit at a lesser pressure) to as many properties as we can, we sincerly apologise for the frustration the lack of supply to your area is causing & thank you for your continued patience & understanding while we attempt to rectify this.
