What’s happening

We've had multiple bursts on our network in your area due to the sudden temperature change which has caused pipes to thaw quickly following the recent cold snap. This can cause more bursts than normal and has impacted your local storage reservoir.

What do I need to do?

Please can you now avoid using your washing machine, dishwasher and other non-essential water use.

We need to make sure we have enough drinking water to go around, especially for our vulnerable customers.
