Low pressure issue has now been resolved.

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water.

We have increased the pressure across your network between the hours of 10pm and 5am to ensure customers don't experience a loss of pressure during these hours. 

Upon making calls to customers throughout the network we found that the issue was happening during the evening which is why we have increased the pressure during these times.

We’re really sorry if you are experiencing no water or have low pressure. Following on from a valve repair earlier we are aware of customers having a loss of supply We don’t know what’s causing this, but our technician is on their way to your area to find out.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

  • Washing machine
  • Dishwasher
  • Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
