Appearance of your water

We’re aware that a handful of customers within EN6 may have discolouration within their water supply, we’re really sorry about this. Please don’t worry, this isn’t harmful to you.

Brown water is just small bits of iron that naturally builds up in our pipework. When the iron is disturbed, it can make your water look brown.
