We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What we’re doing

We've successfuly restored our customers water supplies in the wider area. However, those residing in Fitzwilliam Court may still experience a loss in supply.

Our repair team are awaiting additional fittings to arrive to site, to continue working to fix the burst water main. Once we know how long this will take, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

No water in Borehamwood

We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Lyndhurst Walk which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our repair team are working hard to fix the burst pipe and get your water back to normal soon. Your water should be flowing again within the next 30 mins - 1hour, providing no complications.

  • Eaton Way
  • Fitzwilliam Court
  • Lyndhurst Walk
  • Nolan Path
  • Templeton Court

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

  • Washing machine
  • Dishwasher
  • Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
