Our technician has attended the scene and established the fire is now mostly exstinguished.

We expect there to be no further impact on customers water supplies.

The fire is still on going in this area due to the large scale of this incident, customers will still experience lower pressure than normal whilst the fire service are still attending to this.

Our technician is still on site due to the large scale of the fire, customers will experience lower pressure than normal as the fire service are still currently using15 pumps extracting water from our network We will provide an update and estimate on when this work should be completed as soon as one becomes available.

If you are in the above area and are experiencing problems with your water supply there is currently a fire on Long Drive at the Aladdin Business Centre which may be affecting you.

Our technician has assessed and taken pressure readings, all customers should have water, albeit at a lower pressure rate than normal.

If you do still have a supply, we would advise you to store some water for drinking, in case your water has to be switched off for a repair to be completed.
