What happens next?

1. We will aim to update your account as soon as possible. This is usually within 5 working days.

2. We will normally send you an up-dated bill in line with your normal billing pattern, i.e. every 6 months, unless we need to make a significant change, for example, if you are moving or following a leak.

3. If we need to send you a replacement bill, this should arrive within 7-10 working days.
