Submit your meter reading

You can submit your reading:

  • Online: You can log on or register for My Account to enter your reading or complete the online form below.

  • Via SMS: Start your message with the word READ followed by your customer number and meter reading to 07781 474 715.

  • Voicemail: Call 0345 357 2401 and select the option 3 to leave a voicemail, you will need to tell us your customer number.

 

How to read your meter

Water meters are normally located on the public footpath or in the front garden. Occasionally we need to fit them inside, usually under the kitchen sink.
