While many of our business customers have permission to use our network, some don’t, and they may even use it illegally. When unauthorised water usage happens, it can impact the water supply for others in the area.

You might notice a slight decrease in water pressure or a change in the appearance of your water if this happens. Don’t worry, once the user disconnects from the supply, it should get back to normal.

If you notice the hydrant point is leaking or the cover has not been put back on properly, please contact our emergency 24-hour line.
