Why not save some time and pay your bill online?
To do this you will need:
- Your customer number
(found underneath the date on the right hand side of your bill)
- Your billing address postcode *
- A debit or credit card to pay with
- Your email address (so we can send you confirmation of your payment)
* Please note: if your billing address is outside of the UK, this system will not be able to accept your payment.
However, you can still use our Santander Corporate Banking system, previously Alliance and Leicester BillPay.
Alternatively, call us on 0044 845 769 7985 if you have a water meter or 0044 845 769 7982 if you don't.
We do not add any additional charges or fees if you choose to pay using your credit or debit card.
Payments made to your account may take up to 24 hours to appear on your online balance. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Our online payment facility is hosted externally by our partner company, Eckoh. This third party will handle your payment in accordance with Affinity Water instructions. However Affinity Water is not responsible for this external site.
The external payment site secures your personal information using Comodo SSL certification which encrypts all information including credit and debit card details and your postcode.
