Talk Money Week is a reminder that it’s okay to have conversations about money, especially as we head into the colder months, when costs can start to build up. 

At Affinity Water, we understand that things can sometimes feel a little tight, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas. That’s why we have a range of services designed to make managing your water bill easier and more affordable.

If you’re finding it hard to pay your bill, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll listen, discuss your situation, and find the right support for you.

Flexible payment plans 

We can help you set up a payment plan that fits your circumstances. Whether that’s spreading your bill into smaller, more regular payments or agreeing a short break to get back on track, we’ll work with you to make it manageable. 

Support if you’re in debt 

If you’ve fallen behind on payments, you’re not alone, and there’s support available. Our Debt Support service can help you reduce what you owe, get advice, and take steps toward clearing your balance in a way that works for you. 

Help for low-income households 

Our Low Income Fixed Tariff (LIFT) is designed for customers on a low income or receiving certain benefits. It can help reduce your bill and make your water costs more affordable. It’s simple to check if you’re eligible, and applying only takes a few minutes. 

Priority Services Register 

We also offer a Priority Services Register for customers who may need a little extra support. This could include tailored communication, advance notice of any planned interruptions, or help during supply issues, especially important during the colder months. 

Saving water saves money too 

Small changes at home can make a real difference. Using less water can help lower your energy bills too, especially if you’re heating less hot water.
