Producing, printing and posting bills to customers is extremely costly, both to our bottom line and to the environment.
That’s why in April the Paperless Prize Draw was launched that incentivises customers to switch to paperless billing. One lucky customer a month will win £200 – to be in for a chance to win, customers need to register/sign in to My Account, opt in to paperless billing and enter the draw via the ‘update my details’ page.
