Affinity Water is reaching out to its customers who may have difficulty hearing and has launched a new video with Sign Solutions.
You can now contact Affinity Water through the BSL InterpretersLive! service. Just click here.
The InterpretersLive! service is available on-demand 7 days a week between 08:00am to midnight via the StarLeaf app.
You can also pre-book BSL Video Interpreters and other types of remote communication support for anytime and anywhere via any video platform.
Liz Freitas Customer Operations Inclusive Services Engagement Manager explained: “We want to make it easy for our customers to contact us by whatever method they choose, and we care about making our services accessible to all so are delighted to be working in partnership with Sign Solutions.”
