Affinity for Business

From April 2017 all businesses customers, charities and public sector organisations will be able to choose their retailers for water and waste water services.

Affinity Water Limited is embracing the opportunity this represents and has already established a dedicated customer service team for non-household customers within its existing business.

To bring this to life for customers ahead of the new retail market opening, Affinity Water Limited has rebranded its non-household customer services as Affinity for Business. The new brand will be introduced to non-household customers in the Affinity Water supply area throughout the autumn and an application for a licence to provide water supply and waste water services in England has been made.

The dedicated Affinity for Business customer service team will continue to work with customers to save water, save energy and save money, reducing the environmental impact of their operations in the process.

The Affinity for Business team will continue to deliver reliable, high quality services that support long term relationships, providing tailored solutions that help businesses manage their water use, saving energy and money.
