  1. The prize draw is open to registered customers of Affinity Water Limited who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of Affinity Water Limited and their households or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw; and “New Subscribers” who sign up to MWF during the Competition Period.   
  2. Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.   
  3. Entries are limited to one prize draw entry per household.  
  4. The Competition Period starts on 20/11/2025 at midday and closes on 04/12/2025 at midday. Entries received before or after this time will not be counted.  
  5. Entries are automatic for New Subscribers when the Affinity Water customer takes the My Water Footprint quiz, unless they opt-out from entry using this link.   
  6. Affinity Water Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or for any other reason. 
  7. 21 (twenty-one) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 30 (thirty) days of the closing date. The prize draw will be supervised by an employee of Affinity Water Limited who is not connected to the administration of the prize draw.
  8. The Prizes consist of:

    8.1. Main Prize One (1) winner will receive an eco-washing machine with a value up to £1,150 (one thousand one hundred and fifty pounds).

    8.2. Additional Voucher Prizes
     
    • Ten (10) winners will receive a National Trust voucher with a value up to £200 (two hundred pounds).
    • Ten (10) winners will receive an English Heritage voucher with a value up to £200 (two hundred pounds).
       
  9. The vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuing organisation and a link to these terms will be provided to winners by email.
  10. Each winner will be notified by email, sent within seven (7) days of the draw date to the same email address that the original invitation to participate was sent to.  
  11. If a winner does not respond to Affinity Water within seven (7) days of being notified by Affinity Water, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Affinity Water will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  
  12. The prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within 30 days of being notified of their win. 
  13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  
  14. The decision of Affinity Water Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.    
  15. In compliance with legal obligations, Affinity Water will make available information that indicates that a valid award took place upon request. To comply with this obligation Affinity Water will send the surname of the winners and the first part of their postcode i.e., AL10 to anyone who emails campaigns@affinitywater.co.uk or writes to: FAO Marketing & Communications - Behaviour Change Team, - Water Savings Prize Draw, Affinity Water Limited, Tamblin Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EZ] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 (one) month of the prize draw.  
  16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Affinity Water Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.   
  17.   Affinity Water Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.   
  18. Insofar as is permitted by law, Affinity Water Limited, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Affinity Water Limited, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.   
  19. Personal data collected during this promotion will only be processed as set out in Affinity Water Limited’s Privacy Notice (https://www.affinitywater.co.uk/privacy).  See also condition 14 regarding the announcement of winners.   
  20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.   
  21. This prize draw is managed by Affinity Water Limited of Tamblin Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EZ.
