You can still save water without a meter. We may update your account to a tariff called ‘assessed’, designed specifically for households that can not have a meter fitted. Rather than base your estimate water bill on your actual usage, we’ll ask you some questions about your household and how you use water. The tariff is an estimate of what your metered bill might have been, had a meter have been fitted.
