What happens next?

1. Your form will be looked at by a member of our Customer Services team within the next 5 working days who will then contact you to make an appointment. Our appointment times are between 8am-1pm and 1pm-4pm .
2. Our technician will then visit you to carry out a test at the boundary stop tap to confirm we are providing no less than our target pressure of 1 bar (10 metres head) and flow rate of 9 litres per minute. (Flow is the amount of water passing through the pipework).
3. You will need to be present when our technician visits as access to your property is required. They will discuss all of this with you at the time of their visit. Please note: appointments are Monday to Friday 8am to 4 pm.
