The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) apply to public authorities and those bodies carrying out a public function. 

We will consider any reasonable request for environmental information which you may submit by completing our online form

There may be reasons why the information cannot be provided and if this is the case, we will notify you. The main reasons for not providing the information are:

• The information you have requested does not exist.
• The information is held by another public authority.
• There is an exception to disclosure.
