We are always working on ways we can improve and based on customer feedback we have created a new look bill. We hope you will find it clearer and easier to understand.

The new bill is being introduced over the coming months, so you may receive a bill with the existing design before you are switched to the new one.

Don’t know if your account is metered? Here’s how you can tell

  • If you have a bill handy it will say at the top if your account is metered or non-metered.

  • Check if you have a meter in your front garden/footpath. Occasionally we fit meters inside the home, in this case, it might be under your kitchen sink.
