Direct Debit

 

Take the hassle out of remembering to pay your bill by signing up to pay by Direct Debit.

Simple, convenient and secure, Direct Debit is the automated payment method of choice by bill payers.

 

How do I sign up?

  • You can sign up by clicking on ‘Set up a Direct Debit’ in My Account. Go to My Account >>

  • If you haven’t registered for My Account, then you can do so now. You simply need your email address and customer number (found at the top right of your bill). Get started with My Account >>

 

How do cancel my Direct Debit?

To cancel your Direct Debit, please contact your bank or building society.

Please be aware that if you cancel your direct debit within three days of your pending payment the Direct Debit may still be taken.

Cancelling your Direct Debit will not close your account, you will still be responsible for paying any money owed. If you are moving home please tell us here.

 

What happens if I am on a meter and my water charges go up or down?

Your water usage can change depending on the time of year or number of people staying in your house. Your Direct Debit payment will change to reflect this, but don't worry, if the amount or date you pay changes, we'll let you know at least 10 working days prior to taking payment.
