Great! How do I sign up for Direct Debit?

It's very simple, you can sign up by clicking on ‘Set up a Direct Debit’ in My Account. Go to My Account >>

If you haven’t registered for My Account, then you can do so now. You simply need your email address and customer number (found at the top right of your bill). Get started with My Account >>

 

What happens if I am on a meter and my water charges go up or down?

Your water usage can change depending on the time of year or number of people staying in your house. Your Direct Debit payment will change to reflect this, but don't worry, if the amount or date you pay changes, we'll let you know at least 10 working days prior to taking payment.
