How to switch to paperless billing

If you already have a My Account, log in and go to ‘Update My Contact Details’, then under the ‘Ownership Status’ section untick the box to receive your bills to your registered email address.
If you don't have a My Account, simply register with your customer number (found on your bill) and email address, it only take a few minutes!
