Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to hear from a wide range of people across our region to make sure we’re heading in the right direction and making the improvements that matter to you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence our future vision, we’ll be listening to what you tell us about your experience. Then we’ll build it into how we design the all things you interact with, from the website, to the types of communication you receive from us, and everything in between.
We will invite 8 customers to each panel, they last up to 60 minutes and are usually held in the early evening. If you sign up you could be picked to attend one of our monthly online panels, although we won’t ask you to join every month. This is so that we can give more people the opportunity to share their views with us.
We’ll talk about something different every time. This could be anything from what you think about a new page on our website, or how you prefer to receive your information from us. And to keep things interesting we’ll be mixing in using online chat and other interactive tools with verbal discussion. But don’t worry if you’re not a computer expert, we’ll explain it all on the day.
If you’re an Affinity Water customer and over 18 then you can sign up. All you’ll need is an internet connected device to join the panel. That’s it!
As well as helping us shape what we do for you in the future, we’re also offering a £20 voucher for everyone who takes part in one of our Focus groups.
