The burst pipe has been repaired and we are supplying our customers from alternate pipework, whilst we wait for the samples to be confirmed. This is to adhere to our strict water quality standards.

UK Power Network have completed their works to the damaged cable and our repair team are now able to start digging to further expose the damaged water main.
During this time, all customers in the area will have a water supply however it may be at a lower pressure until the repairs are completed.

Our repair team are awaiting the arrival of UK Power Network, they are expected to arrive on-site at midday. Once on-site, our repair team will be able to commence work to repair the burst water main.

What we're doing
We've remained on Harrow Road with UK Power Network on site working to repair the damaged cable. Once this is completed, or repair team will be able to commence work to repair the burst water main.

What we're doing
Our team has remained on Harrow Road at the junction of Priory Avenue, in Wembley (HA0 2SB) awaiting the arrival of UK Power Network. Following their assessment, UK Power Network need to source additional fittings to complete their repairs before we can commence our work.
Once the area has been made safe by UK Power Network this evening, our team will be able to begin to repair the burst water main.
During this time, all customers will have a water supply however it may be at a lower pressure than normal.
There is traffic management in place with a road closure on Harrow Road, so there may be some traffic delays and we'd ask you to avoid the area if possible.
