We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. The fire service were tackling a fire and the amount of water being used was negatively affecting our network.
They have now redirected their usage and all customers should now have water.

What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
