What we’re doing

We deployed loggers on Tuesday 27th July, to monitor the pressure in the area. We also carried out small re-zones on Wednesday 28th July, to redirect water across our network from other areas. We're planning to excavate a valve in the area to carry out an essential repair, this is planned in for today Thursday 29th July.

What we’re doing

Our team are adjusting valves to try and increase the pressure in the area, and get your water back to normal. One of your local technicians is attending tomorrow, Tuesday 27th July to install loggers to monitor the pressure.

Our technician has taken a pressure reading from a local fire hydrant, and has confirmed that the pressure in the area has increased. However, customers may still notice a slight reduction in their pressure.
