Low pressure in Borehamwood

Customers should now have water but maybe experiencing low pressure

Our repair team will be returning this morning and will continue to repair the burst water main. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.

No water in Borehamwood

We're aware that some of our customers in the Borehamwood area are experiencing no water again.

We've successfully carried out a temporary repair, and restored all our customers water supplies back to normal. However, further repair work to the water main is still needed. These additional repairs will take place tomorrow, Thursday 22nd July.

No water in Borehamwood

We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Cowley Hill which may be causing this.

Affected Streets:

  • Abbots Place
  • Campions Close
  • Cowley Hill
  • Redwood Rise
  • Stanborough Avenue
  • Stanborough Close
  • Stapleton Road
  • Thirsk Road
  • Walshford Way

What we’re doing

Our repair team are working hard to fix the burst pipe and get your water back to normal soon. Your water should be flowing again within the next 2 hours, providing no complications.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

  • Washing machine
  • Dishwasher
  • Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
