We have now fixed the issue at the local pumping station and the pressure is now back to normal.

Our team continues to investigate the cause of the fault at your local pumping station, however the booster has recovered slightly overnight and there should be no customer impact. We will continue to work on this today to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

What we’re doing

Our technician is investigating the cause of the fault at your local pumping station. We may need to take the booster offline in order to diagnose the source of the failure. 

In the meantime all customers will have a water supply but at a lower pressure than normal.

Our technician is on their way to investigate and get your water flowing back to normal again.

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

  • Washing machine
  • Dishwasher
  • Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
