We have now resolved this issue.
After extensive investigations we are now happy that customers should be back to normal water pressure levels.
We will continue to monitor this and take action should we find any further issues.

We’ve been monitoring the pressure overnight and it has remained stable across the area.
We’re continuing our investigation work and checking all of our assets. The adjustments we’ve made will remain in place for the foreseeable to ensure all customers in the area have a continued water supply.
