We’re really sorry for the problems with your water. The sample results have come back satisfactory and we've re-opened the water main.

What we’re doing
We're continuing to redirect water across our network to ensure all of our customers have a water supply at this time, however, it may be at a lower pressure. We're still waiting for the sample results to ensure we are supplying the highest standard of water possible. Once the sample results are back we'll reopen the pipework and you'll see your water pressure restore fully.

So we can get your water flowing again, we’re redirecting water across our network from other areas. This may be at a lower pressure whilst our repairs are ongoing.
What we’re doing
The rezone will remain in place until the pipework is repaired and water samples have been taken to ensure we are supplying the highest standard of water to our customers.

Our repair team have stayed on Mellow Lane and are continuing to repair the burst water main. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.
All customer should remain with a water supply during this time.

What we’re doing
Our repair team are now on site, due to where the burst is located we are waiting on specialist equipment to support with the repair.
The majority of our customes should now start to see their water supply restore and gradually build up over the next hour, however soem customer in specific streets will still currently experience low pressure.

We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water.
We don’t know what’s causing this, but our technician is on their way to your area to find out.

What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
