Your water should be back to normal as we’ve now cleared the cloudy water in our pipework. Thank you for your patience, we’re really sorry for any inconvenience.

What you can do

Now that our technician has cleared our pipework, you may still have cloudy water in your own pipework. You can help fix this by running your cold tap until its clear.

Appearance of your water

We’re aware that you and your neighbours may have cloudy water, we’re really sorry about this. Please don’t worry, this isn’t harmful to you. Cloudy water is just small air bubbles trapped in our pipework.
