Our technician has attended site and investigated, and has confirmed that the water is now running clear. The discolouration experienced was following earlier network maintenance work on Tower Road, and has been resolved by our technician.

If you are in the above area and are experiencing problems with your water supply, we have received a number of reports of brown/discoloured in your area. A technician is on their way to investigate this further.  

Discoloured water is not harmful to your health and is caused by small parts of iron from within the pipework. Our technician will work to clear this as soon as possible. 

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and aim to restore your supply to normal as soon as possible.
