Interruption to your water supply - Weybridge - KT12/KT13

Sunday 31 May 2020

Update: 22:10

After further investigation, our teams have found that customers' within the Weybridge and the Walton-On-Thames area are experiencing a reduction of water pressure or loss of supply due to much higher demand for water at present due to the exceptionally hot weather.

Our production team have made an adjustment to of our sites within the area which should begin to start to restore the pressure gradually across the network.

We expect your water supply to be restored to normal pressure later this evening.

We are asking all customers to try and keep their water usage to a minimum during this time to reduce the demand on our network.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this, and we will continue to monitor the network.

If you are in the above area and are experiencing problems with your water supply we have received a number of calls which suggests there may be an issue on our network. Our technician is on their way to investigate and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.

During this time we ask you not to use any electrical appliances that require a water supply, for example washing machines or dishwashers and to conserve water from storage tanks during the time your water supply is interrupted.

If you do still have a supply, we would advise you to store some water for drinking, in case your water has to be switched off for a repair to be completed.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and aim to restore your supply to normal as soon as possible.
