We're sorry if you have no water. There is a burst water main on Stort Road and our technician has had to shut the main for repairs to be completed.
What we’re doing
Our repair team have stayed on Stort Road and are awaiting the arrival of UK Power Network before works can continue. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What’s happened so far
Wednesday 10th December 2025
(22:40) Due to a damaged electric cable in the area of the burst main, the repair team have had to stop repairs until UKPN arrive on site.
(21:50) The main has been shut to assist with repair works.
(19:30) We have had reports from customers that the leak has got worse, as such, our technician has re-attended and confirmed this. They have now prioritised this repair as urgent due to flooding and this will be repaired today.
(15:15) We have been made aware of a leak on Stort Road. Our technician has attended and raised a job for this to be repaired first thing tomorrow morning.
