What we're doing
We were made aware of a burst water main on Fourways on Wednesday 12th November. This burst main was believed to not be causing any customer impact and the burst main has now been repaired as of 14:55 on Wednesday 12th November.
The main has been left boxed in as we are still awaiting the results of samples back before we can fully return the main back to normal. This was not expected to cause any customer impact, however, we have received a call today to suggest impact with low pressure.
As soon as we have more information on when the sample results are back in and the main can be returned to normal, we will update you.
