Your water should be back to normal as we’ve now cleared the cloudy water in our pipework. Thank you for your patience, we’re really sorry for any inconvenience.

What you can do

Now that our technician has cleared our pipework, you may still have cloudy water in your own pipework. You can help fix this by running your cold tap until its clear.

What's happened so far?

(22:40) The issue has been resolved, this was due to a third party operating our valves, our technician has flushed the pipework and cleared this.

(17:45) A technician has been dispatched to investigate the reports of cloudy water in your road.
