We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What’s happened so far

Thursday 13th March 2025

(14:10) The main has split further back and further excavations are taking place to expose this

(12:30) The team are back on site and the water has been shut off to allow repair works to continue

(10:50) Repair works are currentluy postponed and all customers currently have water as normal.

Wednesday 12th March 2025

(16:45) The job has been postponed until tomorrow morning due to businesses needing water tonight. If the issue gets worse then we will have to complete it as soon as possible.

(14:00) The team have shut the main in order to complete repair works

(08:00) We may need to shut the main in order to complete repair works

(04:50) We have been made aware of a burst main on Station Road and we will be sending a team to repair this
