We’ve been working closely with your gas distribution network, Cadent, to resolve the situation with your gas supply and minimise disruption as much as possible.
If your gas supply is back on and you’re noticing water coming through internal appliances or your boiler
Our friendly team will be available to support you at the Freehold Community Centre until Thursday 30th January 2025 (we’ll be there until 7pm). After this time, please call us on 0345 357 2407 (available 24/7) and we’ll refer your case to a company called Leakbusters, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit and advise on the next steps.
If you’re still without gas
Cadent has likely attempted to access your property but may not have been able to do so. Please call Cadent on 0800 389 8000 (open 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday) who will send an engineer out to you to turn your gas back on. Please DO NOT try to do this yourself. This must be done by a Cadent engineer.
