All customers should have water
We experienced a technical fault at one of our pumping stations, which disrupted the water supply in the Northwood area.
The network has been stabilised, and all customers should now have water. However, some may experience lower than normal pressure. We are actively monitoring the network to ensure that the measures we’ve implemented continue to provide a reliable water supply.
If you notice your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry; this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful, and you can help by running your cold tap until it clears. Find out more about discoloured or cloudy water.

What's happened so far
(15:00) We stabilised the network, and most customers had water, though some experienced low water pressure
