We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What we’re doing

Our technician has assessed the burst and the repair team is on site. There has been complications with the burst main, the burst has caused a leak on a gas main and the gas board are also on site. In order to carry out these repairs, we will need to shut the mains, when the main is shut, you may experience no water.

As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we will let you know.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
