Faulty equipment report

Use this form to tell us about missing or broken meter covers, problems with fire hydrants and valves or their markers, etc.

  • Is it dangerous? Where the faulty or damaged equipment is a serious safety hazard to you or anyone passing by, please call us straight away so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
  • Have we seen it already? If our technician has been to inspect, he will mark the area around in blue either on the roadway, pavement or covers. This means we have planned in the repair and we'll be coming to fix it. You should not need to report it again unless it has got worse.
  • Is it a problem with a drain or flooding after rain? Unfortunately, we can't help with drainage problems, such as damaged or missing large manhole covers or flooding caused by blocked drains. The drains don't belong to us and we can't touch them. If you need to report a problem with drainage, please contact the supplier for your area.

About the problem

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to pinpoint or describe the exact location of our equipment. Please provide as much information as you can to help our technicians to find the problem quickly. This is particularly important on very long roads. If it helps, you can also upload a photograph showing what is wrong and the area around.
